I can successfully login using Patreon here:
…and then I can navigate around the site while remaining logged in, EXCEPT when I visit the 2 following pages (they say that I am not looged in, i.e. it says ‘Login’ instead of ‘Logout’ in the top-right and when I try to click on a link that requires that I must be logged in (e.g. to start a course) I am prompted to login):

It only appears to be those 2 pages because, for example, when using the following pages I am logged in OK:
